Query Status
You can query the status of your fax by entering your PayPal Order Number. The status of your fax is updated every 1 minute.
STATUS DESCRIPTION
QUEUED: Your fax has been uploaded to our website, and queued in the
pending list. It usually takes less than 2 minutes to change from this
status to the Attempting Delivery status.
ATTEMPTING DELIVERY: Our fax system is currently attempting to send your
fax. This process usually takes 5 to 30 minutes, but it can take longer
if we must re-try several times if the receiver's line is busy.
DELIVERY SUCCESS: Your fax has been successfully delivered to the
receiver. You should get an e-mail notification of the success.
DELIVERY FAILED: Your fax has failed to be delivered to the receiver
after 5 attempts. The reason, such as receiver's line always busy or no
fax signal, will be given to you. You should get an e-mail notification
of the failure, and you can opt to try again or request refund.
